If you require your order to go to a workplace or to another recipient other than yourself, please enter the correct shipping address and make sure the billing address matches the payment method.
A tracking number will be sent in your order’s confirmation email so that you can track the order through the packing and shipment process. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday).
A signature will be required to receive your package. If you are not home when the package arrives, the courier will leave information on how to arrange for a second delivery. If you do not arrange for this second delivery, the product will be returned to Shopy Panda and the purchase will be refunded.
Once the order is complete, no changes can be made to the order or to the shipment details.
To find out shipping costs, add all needed items to your Shopy Panda cart and press the “Get Quote” button. Your shipping costs will then be added.
