If you aren’t satisfied with your Shopy Panda purchase, you have 18 days to return it. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (including all packaging). The cost of shipping the item back to Shopy Panda will only be refunded to you in the instance of an incorrect shipment, damaged items, or faulty products.
When returning your item, please include the following items or information in the box:
· The unused item
· A receipt or other proof of purchase
· The reason that the item is being returned (for example: no longer needed, doesn’t work, it arrived damaged, etc.)
If you are requesting a refund instead of an exchange of the item, the returned item will be inspected to make sure that the reason for the refund is adequate and if so, the money will be sent back to the credit card used for the purchase. The amount of time that it takes to see the refund on your card depends on the policy of the card issuer and how long it takes them to process credits.
